Long time unix user, got disgusted at what I saw monopolies doing during the transition from DOS. Switched to BSD/X11 instead of windows/mac and gradually turned from open source supporter to free software zealot. It makes me smile everytime an RMS essay is called prophetic years later or Techrights story is proven true long after its published.
