Yea, they're improving though but I try to avoid their stores as they're typically staffed by jerks. I got mine at a mall kiosk where he gave me 25% off on a case and car charger. oiaohmschestowitz: TurboHercules does need a look.  QPL license they are using is a deprecated license also falls out side the the licenses IBM listed as safe.  Listed as safe licence means even if the item is patented you odds of getting approve to use patent is basically 100 percent.    Part of patent protection agreements is that you don't attack holder of patents in a court of law unless you are prepared to face all the patent holders patents.   Apr 09 22:21
